James practices civil litigation in multiple areas including aborted real estate transactions, bankruptcy, personal injury, property damage, construction liens and deficiencies, employment, intellectual property, competition, mortgage enforcement, commercial leasing, privacy, defamation, professional negligence, subrogation, auto-fraud, and debt collection. He has represented clients in the Superior Court, the Divisional Court, the Federal Court, and the Small Claims Court. James is a resolute advocate and is dedicated to obtaining favourable and expeditious results for his clients.
James developed his debate skills while completing an Honours Bachelor of Arts at York University. Those skills served him well while earning his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University. James now uses those skills to fight for his clients.
James enjoys golfing, portaging, and firing up the grill during his time off.
