Paras is a seasoned litigator specializing in civil and commercial litigation, with a strong emphasis on real estate disputes, condominium matters, shareholder disputes, construction law, and mortgage enforcement. He has a wealth of experience representing clients at all levels of court in Ontario, as well as before administrative tribunals such as the Condominium Authority Tribunal and the Ontario Human Rights Commission.

With a particular focus on advocating for condominium corporations, Paras excels in upholding and enforcing condominium rules and regulations through various means, including mediation, arbitration, Condominium Authority Tribunal applications, and court proceedings. He provides valuable support to condominium corporations by meticulously reviewing contracts, revising governing documents, and assisting with the recovery of outstanding common expenses.

He completed a dual degree program, obtaining his B.A. LLB(H) from Indraprastha University in India and gaining admission to the Bar Council of India in 2009. Before making Canada his home, Paras practiced at a boutique law firm in India, where he handled diverse legal matters, including corporate governance, civil and commercial disputes, and regulatory advisory.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Paras enjoys exploring new destinations through travel, cherishing moments with his family, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle by dedicating time to exercise in the gym.
