+ BACKGROUND

As a founding partner of the firm Rob manages a dynamic practice specializing in Commercial & Construction Litigation. Rob’s practice also includes a focus on Family Law, Employment Law and Bankruptcy and Insolvency. His unrelenting delivery of effective, creative and efficient legal counsel ensures client goals and objectives are met with success.

A graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and practicing since 2007, Rob has participated in seminars and spoken on various construction topics at various credit institutions and other construction industry events. He has attended at all levels of court in various jurisdictions and represents a wide array of corporate clients from the United States, Europe and the Middle East.

Rob’s dynamic general commercial litigation practice involves corporate shareholder and partnership disputes as well as debt collection and security enforcement actions. Rob’s work is focused on not just plaintiff claims and injunctions but also a large part of his practice involves defense work in these areas.

Rob has accumulated extensive experience in trial advocacy, appeals, negotiations and dispute resolution relating to construction disputes, real estate development and a multitude of complex commercial matters and has represented clients in various positions in the constructions industry ranging from owners, builders to trades and suppliers.

Rob is known for providing high quality and result driven cost-effective legal services. This is due to his aggressive, high energy, passionate approach to every matter, and desire to bring the highest quality of service.

On top of managing his legal practice, Rob actively pursues the opportunity to mentor and advise the next generation of lawyers. Rob understands the value in developing young legal professionals as they begin their careers, both for the novice lawyer and for any client seeking legal assistance.

In his leisure time, Rob enjoys keeping up to date on all Canadian legal developments and spending time with his family.
